Floral Art ships to USA, MEXICO, GERMANY, THAILAND, UK, FRANCE, ITALY, SOUTH AFRICA, SPAIN, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, SRI LANKA, NETHERLANDS, SWEDEN, UAE, SWITZERLAND, SINGAPORE, DENMARK, NORWAY, NEW ZEALAND, FIJI and BHUTAN.

What are the international shipping costs and duties?
For all international orders from outside India, shipping is charged according to weight, the prices are standard prices levied by the shipper. Our shipping partners -DHL, FedEx and other known international courier it'll be handled by our ATC courier tie up.
Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.

Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns/cancellations or exchanges.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
From the time of shipping – it will take about minimum 10-15 days depends on the country for your international order to reach you. Express shipping is also available at an added cost, if you would want express shipping on an international order please contact us prior to order.
